The scholarship application for the 2023-2024 school year will open on December 1, 2022 to anyone seeking financial support to further their education. Opportunities are available for everyone from graduating high school seniors to graduate students, as well as those attending a vocational or technical school! First-time applicants are welcomed at any point in their post-secondary journey and all applicants must apply each year.
Thinking about dental school or know someone who is? Check out these opportunities:
- The Dr. Phil Floyd Dentistry Scholarship is for Fairfield County graduates going into the field of dentistry, including dental hygiene.
- The Hocking Valley Dental Society (HVDS) Scholarship is to provide scholarships for students in Dental Hygiene or Expanded Function Dental Assisting. Students must be a graduate of a high school within the counties served by the HVDS (Fairfield, Perry, Hocking and Athens), a resident of one of these counties, or an employee of a dentist in the HVDS.
- The Glenn R. Burns Dental Education Scholarship is for residents of Fairfield County who are seeking a degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or as an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary.
