Swine Exhibitors: Important Junior Fair Updates (MAJOR CHANGE Weigh-In)

Jr. Fair SWINE Exhibitors,

There are some important updates/changes to bring your attention to regarding fair. Move-in procedures have changed.

1. Your weigh-in time will now be 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, October 5^th.
2. All market hogs will be weighed off the trailer on Saturday October 5^th. DO NOT arrive earlier than 1 p.m. as you will not be able to unload hogs.
3. Swine Exhibitor Meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 5^th at in Feeder Creek Arena.
4. Tack should be brought to the fairgrounds on Thursday or Friday (October 3^rd/October 4^th).

Move-in Procedures:

SWINE – Enter from SR 37 or Wilson Ave gate.

• Proceed heading west to pull along side the north end of the Swine Barn.
• Access to scale will now be at a north door on the Swine Barn.
• Hogs will be unloaded and weighed off the trailer.
• To exit, use Columbus Street Gate.
• DO NOT USE the Fair Avenue (Main Gate) on move-in day.
