Beef Exhibitors: Important Junior Fair Updates (MAJOR CHANGE for Weigh-In)

Jr. Fair BEEF Exhibitors,

There are some important updates/changes to bring your attention to regarding fair. Move-in procedures have changed.

1. All beef animals must be stalled by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5^th in the Brick L Barn.
2. Beef Weigh-In/Check-In will now be from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5^th.
3. You will NOT weigh off the trailer. Weigh-in will take place at the new scale in the Swine Barn.
4. Tack should be brought to the fairgrounds on Thursday or Friday (October 3^rd/October 4^th).
5. Beef Exhibitor Meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5^th at the Shelter House by Feeder Creek Arena.
6. If you are in the BPQC (carcass contest), please watch for a letter in the mail to you via USPS.
7. More info about tie outs/fitting tents and areas/etc. will be shared closer to fair.

Move-in Procedures:

BEEF – Enter from SR 37 or Wilson Ave gate.

• Proceed to the Brick L Barn to unload animal(s).
• To exit, use Columbus Street Gate.
• DO NOT USE the Fair Avenue (Main Gate) on move-in day.
