4-H can be so much more than attending club meetings, taking projects, participating in judging and fair. 4-H develops our young people into future decision makers, leaders, and contributing members to our society. We would like to invite all 4-H families of members who have completed at least ONE year of 4-H projects through age 13 as of 1/1/2021 to attend the Junior Achievement Workshop, Thursday, December 10th at 6:00 p.m. on ZOOM (http://go.osu.edu/20jrachwksp). Fairfield County Jr. Achievement Form:
Word or pdf is for 4-H members ages 8-13 as of January 1, 2021 to complete. This form provides a start towards completing the Ohio 4-H Achievement Record Form. There are three levels of awards: White Clover for members completing their first and second years, Green Clover for members completing their third and fourth years, and Gold Clover for members completing their fifth and sixth years of Traditional 4-H. Junior Achievement Forms will be due in hardcopy to the Extension Office by Friday, January 8th at 4:00 p.m. Forms can also be mailed to the Extension Office (831 College Avenue, Suite D, Lancaster, OH 43130).
