Advisors: Don’t forget that we need your Yearly Summary Financial Report of Club Treasury Form and Equipment Inventory Form (if you have club owned items) completed and turned into the office by Wednesday, January 31st, 2018. This information is for the 2016-2017 club year. Thank you to those clubs/advisors that have already turned in their end of the year forms.
I’ve also had a couple people inquire about the Treasurer Yearly Summary and Audit procedures, so I’ve included them in this message as well. It should be an annual practice for clubs to conduct an internal audit utilizing their members and advisors creating a great learning experience for all involved.
