The deadline for youth who plan to show market beef at the Ohio State Fair to send in their DNA samples is Tuesday, January 16, 2018 (since Monday, January 15 is a holiday). Please note that a 4-H Educator must sign off on these envelopes before they are submitted to the Ohio State Fair so please plan accordingly! The OSU Extension Office in Fairfield County will be closed on Monday, January 15th due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
