Ohio Outdoor News: Wood Duck Challenge

The program is designed to encourage youth to construct and erect a Wood Duck nesting box. We provide construction specs and a blueprint for them to follow. The youth need to submit a photo of their completed project and we will send them a special Wood Duck Challenge embroidered patch, some decals and information on waterfowl.

Ohio 4-H Forestry Competition

There is still time for your Fairfield County to send a team of members to the Ohio 4-H Forestry Competition occurring in June at Hocking College in Nelsonville. CLICK HERE FOR an updated flier and registration form that you can distribute to clubs. Members DO NOT have to be from the same club but must be from the same county and Leslie Cooksey, 4-H Educator, will need to sign the form certifying that they are current 4-H members in your program.
