Hayley Richardson Receives State 4-H Award

The 2016 Ohio 4-H Achievement Awards were presented recently at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center in Columbus and Hayley Richardson was recognized with the Photography Achievement Award which was sponsored by Jed Osborn.

Hayley Richardson, 14, has been a 4-H member for seven years and is active in rabbit and photography projects. Hayley is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Richardson and lives in Canal Winchester in Fairfield County. She is currently a freshman at Canal Winchester High School.

4-H Achievement Award winners will attend the National 4-H Congress with youth from all over the country in November in Atlanta, Georgia.

The evening was hosted by the Ohio 4-H Foundation.

Ohio 4-H is the youth development program of Ohio State University Extension, with more than 285,000 young Ohioans participating in 4-H clubs, groups and special interest programs.
