Fairfield County teens have an outstanding legacy with successful Ohio 4-H Achievement Forms. In fact, we had 6 state winners in 2022 alone! Join this group of outstanding teens by completing the Ohio 4-H Achievement Form which opens the door to so many opportunities including:
