National FFA Scholarships – Built Ford Tough FFA Scholarship

The Built Ford Tough FFA Scholarship is available through the National FFA Scholarship program. Students applying must be a high school senior or college student pursuing a two-year or four-year degree in any major. Applicants must apply online and then visit their local participating Ford Truck dealer for signature and dealer code. Qualified students will be considered for all FFA scholarships, but in order to be considered for the Built Ford Tough-FFA Scholarship, they must have a Ford dealer signature and dealer code on the Signature Page.  To find a participating dealer who has identified a local FFA chapter, visit FFA.org/scholarships. Applicants unable to find a participation dealer online may obtain a signature and dealer code from their local Ford dealer to make them eligible for one of five national scholarships. Fairfield County Foundation Scholarship Application is now open! – Due 3/15/2019

The Fairfield County Foundation scholarship application for the 2019-2020 school year is now open! The application opened on December 1st again this year to allow students time during winter break to start their applications. Current college students as well as high school seniors are encouraged to apply. Our simple, general application will automatically narrow down the scholarships that each student is eligible for as well as suggest those that may require more information.

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we recommend students review prior to submitting their application. We encourage students and parents to follow us on Facebook throughout the application process for important updates and reminders. Don’t miss your opportunity to be awarded one of over 80 scholarships given annually!

Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences – Scholarship Application is open! Due 2/15/2019

All students in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at the Ohio State University are encouraged to fill out the College Scholarship Application for the 2019-20 academic year.

You will only need to fill out one application to be eligible for scholarships from the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, School of Environment and Natural Resources, and ATI/Wooster. Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Scholarships – due 3/13/2019

Agriculture Future of America (AFA) and its partners award annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students enrolled in agriculture and food-related degree programs across the U.S. Awards vary in amounts, but are at least $1,600 and include sponsorship to AFA Leaders Conference (worth $1,000). The only cost to the student is the time spent filling out the application and travel expenses to AFA Leaders Conferencein Kansas City, Missouri. The scholarship application is now available at www.agfuture.org/scholarships. Applications are due March 13th. Questions? Mid-America CropLife Association (MACA) Young Leader Scholarship Program –

The MACA Young Leader Scholarship Program (YLSP) is designed to expose future agriculturalists to the crop protection industry and future career opportunities. Recipients will benefit from exposure and networking with MACA members for potential job opportunities as well as financial compensation. MACA members benefit by developing a talent pool of future industry leaders and through the heightened awareness of MACA within the participating universities.
