We are excited to recruit two volunteers, Caitlyn Black and James Maynard, to serve as club advisors and team coaches of the newly forming Fairfield County 4-H Meat Judging Team! Practices and contests are very soon – get ready to learn more about beef, pork, and lamb (retail classes, carcass classes, and wholesale classes); retail ID, written test portion of the contests, meat science education, practice and contest information).
They will be hosting an Open House at the Ag Center (831 College Avenue) on Monday, February 20th from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
