The survey remains open through Friday, April 15, and is easily viewed on desktops or mobile devices. All responses are anonymous. Although some basic demographic information (county, member or volunteer, etc.) is asked, no personal information is collected. The survey will return every March so we can continue to gather snapshots of our clients’ opinions.
