MPC, a major petroleum refiner and marketer, is accepting resumes for their Chemistry Lab Interns at its Catlettsburg, Kentucky facility. The position is open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies.
Interns will work in the RAD department which provides analytical, research, process optimization, and environmental support to various business units throughout Marathon Petroleum Corporation and its affiliates. Interns will support these activities through special project work, day-to-day laboratory and field activities, and exposure to a variety of analytical techniques and methodologies (i.e. gas chromatography, wet chemistry, x-ray, etc.). This special project work may also meet student’s capstone requirement.
Marathon Petroleum is returning to campus to conduct interviews for summer internships in their chemistry laboratory.
