ASA DataFest

On April 9 and 10, the Data Analytics major is hosting the ASA DataFest, which is free to all undergraduate students who are interested in working with Big Data.

DataFest is a collaborative competition where undergraduate students from Ohio State can gather to tackle a data challenge beyond the scope of what has been encountered in the classroom.

Students can work in teams of up to five and are encouraged to select teammates skilled in a wide variety of data analysis.

This event will also be an opportunity to network with co-sponsor companies such as P&G Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Ford Motor Company GDI&A, Victoria’s Secret, PwC, Capital One Tech, TDA @ OSU, Prevedere, Google, and Data Comp.

Registration is now open for this event.  More information can be found on the DataFest website.
