- Club Organizational Paperwork (due Jan 26)
- Ohio 4-H Conference (reg due Feb 9)
- 4-H Candy Sale (club orders due March 25) – NEW DATE!
ALL club volunteers are REQUIRED TO ATTEND an in-person training.
Annual 4-H Club Volunteer Training
Our annual club advisor training will be held face-to-face on the following dates:
- Thursday, February 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Extension Office or
- Monday, February 19 from 9:00 – 11:00 am at the Extension Office or
- Monday, February 19 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Extension Office.
- Club Volunteer Topics will include: Club Constitution & Bylaw Revisions, Involving & Communicating with Parents, New Pricing for Project books, What’s in a 4-H Project Book?, New procedures for Club Secretary & Treasurer Records, How to Keep Teens Active in 4-H, Review 2024 Menu of Cloverbud Activities for Club Use, Annual Youth Activities & Programs Policy Training.
General 4-H Volunteer Training (for volunteers without a club)
- Tuesday, February 20 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at the Extension Office
- General 4-H Volunteer Topics will include: Ohio 4-H Goals, Overview of Washington County 4-H, Ages & Stages of Youth, How you can help as a 4-H volunteer, What is a SPIN Club, Annual Youth Activities & Program Policy Training.
