Local youth recently attended the Ohio Junior Fair Conference held in conjunction with the Annual Ohio Fair Managers Convention in Columbus. Washington County youth represented the Barlow and Washington County Junior Fairboards. The teens attended a variety of workshops and session to build their leadership skills and provide skills to assist them in conducting the junior fair events, livestock shows and activities at the Barlow and Washington County Fairs.
