Upcoming Virtual Career Treks

During the upcoming 2-day Instructional Break (March 31 and April 1), students are invited to explore these companies via a virtual Career Trek.

  1. MEDPACE:
    MEDPACE, in Cincinnati, is inviting ASC Life Sciences students, especially Juniors, Seniors, & Graduate Students (Masters, Ph.Ds & Postdocs), to join them virtually for a Career Trek on March 31st with the Time TBD.

  2. 84.51 (Data/Tech):
    Recruiting Undergraduate majors that include: Data Analytics, CIS, CSE, Mathematics, & Economics! They have both internships and entry-level positions. Schedule is set and on Handshake.

Pharmacy Panel and Med Center Tour

RSVP by March 20th

The College of Pharmacy is hosting a tour of the Wexner Medical Center and James Hospital, followed by a panel with pharmacy professionals.

As part of the event, participants will get HIPPA certified (which will help with future shadowing opportunities). The hour long panel will feature 4-8 panelists with specializations such as Inpatient Pharmacy, Outpatient Pharmacy, Ambulatory Care, Nuclear Pharmacy, Hem/Oncology Specialist, Generalists, Medication Safety, PGY1 and PGY2. Following the panel, students can let the Pharmacy Career Services know if they are interested in shadowing any of the panelists and they will help set that up!

There are two tours offered:

  • Thursday, March 23rd from 2:30 – 5:00PM
  • Friday, April 7th from 2:00 – 4:30PM

There is also an optional Hospital Tour Orientation on March 21st from 4:00 – 5:00PM.
