2020 NYU MRSEC Summer Research Program

NYU’s Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC) is accepting applications for an exciting research opportunity for undergraduates! This program will occur in New York City, NY, during the summer of 2020. Selected students will have the opportunity to perform interdisciplinary research spanning materials science, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and engineering.

Some program benefits:

  • $5000 stipend
  • Travel reimbursement up to $500

SURI: NYU Materials Research Science and Engineering Center: REU Program

The application deadline is February 28. 

NYU Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC) is putting on a 10 week REU program from June 5-August 14.

REU fellowships are awarded to students from four-year colleges and universities for participation in a ten-week program to provide research experiences, professional development, and increased awareness of materials science and engineering.

Eligible majors include chemistry, physics, mathematics, materials science, pre-med, and engineering.

There is a $5000 stipend and up to $300 allotted for travel.
