The School of Earth Sciences is hosting a Science Communication and Social Media for Scientists workshop this Friday, February 7, at 12:45pm in Mendenhall 291.
This fast pace and engaging workshop will introduce the importance of sharing your science through social media and the impact it can have. Topics include job and grant offers, grad school information, recruiting prospective students, keeping in touch with colleagues, and sharing published papers.
The event will be lead by Dr. Wendy Bohon, Science Communication Specialist at Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology.
