The program is suspended for 2020 – OSU Extension will be working on the program for the future and plans to have a program ready to go for Summer 2021. They will notify anyone who has applied.

A paid internship is available in Extension Area 19 (Covering Washington, Morgan, Perry, Muskingum Counties). Interns will work June 13 through August 12, 2020. While each area/location has a unique focus, work during the internship might include:
- Working closely with a local OSU Extension educators as they teach classes or works with volunteers
- Planning, helping or teaching community classes, day camps, field days or fairs
- Attending meetings with community leaders and volunteers
- Developing news articles, exhibits, brochures, marketing materials, and resources for educational curriculum
- Using social media and technology to share research-based information
- Participating in field research, helping with literature reviews, and testing new methods and curriculum
- Working with youth through 4-H activities, county fair, camps and project judging
