Upcoming Beneficial Insects & Slug Management Workshop to be Held December 10th

Building your soil health comes with the right balance of several different practices. Over the years we have worked to achieve healthier soil and cleaner water; however, one area we have only scratched the surface of is improved pest management. This workshop will focus on how to manage insect and slug populations with beneficial predators.

Presenters for this event include Dr. Curtis Young, Ohio State University Extension Educator for Agriculture and Natural Resources Van Wert County, and Dr. John Tooker, Penn State University Professor of Entomology.

This event will be held December 10th from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM at Northwest State Community College in the Voinovich Auditorium, Building E, room E117. Northwest State Community College is located at 22600 State Route 34 in Archbold, OH 43502.
