Come be a part of the team! The application for the 2025 Hartford Fair Junior Fair Board is now available HERE. Completed applications must be turned in by November 15, 2024. Applicants must be age 14 as of 01/01/2025 to apply for the junior fair board. Interviews will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Licking County Extension Office. Once you have submitted your application, please call our office at 740-670-5315 to schedule your interview.
If you will be moving in livestock to the Hartford Fair on Saturday, August 3rd, please review the traffic pattern HERE or below to ensure you know where to enter the fairgrounds and what path to follow to your barn. Please ensure you follow these directions to help everyone have smooth and easy move-in experience.
We’d like to challenge our 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters that will be participating in the Hartford Fair to help our Junior Fair Board in collecting non-perishable food items, along with money, to support the Food Pantry Network of Licking County! Every single dollar, or food item, will directly benefit people inside of our fair district! We are challenging each club/chapter to collect $100 or 50 lbs of food!
Bonus: If the Hartford Junior Fair Board collects more than the other fairs in our region, our fair will receive $5,000! HELP US WIN! We’ve placed third the past two years – but with your help, we can do better!

Team registrations are due to the Junior Fair Board Office by Wednesday, August 7th. Registration form and team rules can be found in the Hartford Fair Premium Book HERE.
Junior fair exhibitors! Please remember that there are livestock skillathon contests throughout the week at the fair. All junior fair exhibitors are encouraged to participate. You do not need to show a specific species to participate in that species skillathon; they are open to all! The skillathon competitions are a great way to show your knowledge! 2024 Hartford Fair exhibitors are asked to make note of the following REQUIRED forms and their deadline. All Drug Use Notification Forms (DUNF) and Livestock Exhibition Producer Forms must be completed online by the deadline. Please review which form(s) are due for your species and the deadline for those forms HERE or by viewing the list below. NEW FOR 2024: BEEF FEEDER CALVES MUST COMPLETE A DUNF THIS YEAR!
