LAST CHANCE: Checking Project Enrollment and Making Project Changes

We encourage you to check your enrollment in 4-HOnline to make sure that your club(s) and project(s) are correct. To check your enrollment, first log into http://oh.4honline.com and click “View” next to the member’s name. Then, click “Enrollment” along the left-hand side of the page. There are several things that you will want to check on this page…

  • Check to ensure you are enrolled in the correct club(s).
  • Check to ensure your projects are correct.
  • If you are in more than one club… please check to ensure that each project is entered under the correct club.

If corrections need made, please reach out to Adrienne (anderson.1410@osu.edu) and include the member’s name and what needs corrected. No changes will be made after April 30, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the sections under your enrollment lists training you have completed. Quality Assurance is listed under that heading but it does not list the date it was completed. LAST YEAR’S QUALITY ASSURANCE TRAINING WILL SHOW UP UNDER THAT LIST AS A COMPLETED TRAINING. Please do not assume that means you have completed QA for this year. We have not entered any member’s QA training for this year into the system yet so the training you will see reflects the past trainings. If you are enrolled in a livestock project, please be sure you are either planning to attend a Licking County QA training, have attended/plan to attend a training given at a local clinic or statewide event, or have/plan to complete the online YQCA training before June 1st. You can check this by clicking on the “Training” tab along the left side of the page, a 2025 QA training will have a 2024-2025 date.
