The Livestock Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF) and Livestock Exhibition Producer Form are REQUIRED for many of the species showing at the Hartford Fair. Please review the list HERE or below to ensure that you complete the appropriate forms for the species that you will be bringing to the fair. Exhibitors are NOT eligible to weigh-in or show their animal(s) if they have not submitted the DUNF and Producer Form (when applicable). Please be sure to complete all forms by 11:59pm on Friday, August 1st.

SPECIAL NOTE: In the past, market hog exhibitors could not complete their DUNF until their hog was tagged in at the fairgrounds. With hogs now being tagged in May, Market Hog exhibitors will follow the same August 1st deadline as the other species.
