As Project Judging Day quickly approaches on July 9th, please check the 2019 Project Requirements to ensure your 4-H member has their project(s) ready for judging. The front section of the document lists information specific to Foods, Clothing, and Special Interest Project judging. Please read through these pages carefully to ensure you come prepared for judging. The main section of the document has requirements listed for each project.
Special note for Shooting Sports Projects: Guns, bows, arrows, ammunition, and firearms of any kind are not permitted. Participants may not use any of these items or three-dimensional replicas of these items as a part of any display. Displays also may not include any part of an arrow longer than 6 inches. Displays may not include any ‘loaded’ ammunition. Any shells or casings must be open so that a visual examination can show that there is no powder in ammunition (the caps must be either absent or expended).
