The 2025 Project Guide is now available in digital format on the Ohio 4-H website. The Ohio 4-H Foundation, through support from Kroger, will once again mail out a 2025 Project Guide to each family that had either youth or adult volunteers enrolled in 4-H in 2024. Licking County 4-H families should receive their mailing in January. If you just can’t wait to start picking out your projects for 2025, you can view the digital copy online now.

Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Instructor Trainings
The Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Program will be hosting two Shooting Instructor Trainings in 2025. If you are interested in participating in one of these trainings, please reach out to Lisa McCutcheon at mccutcheon.46@osu.edu before registering.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You must be an approved Licking County 4-H advisor to attend. Current 4-H Advisors must have re-enrolled in 4-HOnline for 2025 AND be approved in order to attend. New advisors must be completely through the application/background check/interview process and approved in order to attend.
- There will be NO winter training at 4-H Camp Ohio this year. Both trainings will be held at Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp in Jackson, Ohio.
Ohio 4-H Foundation Seeking Teen and Young Alumni Representatives
The Ohio 4-H Foundation is currently accepting applications for new teen and young alumni representatives on the 4-H Foundation Board! Current 4-H’ers aged 14 to 18 as of Jan. 1, 2025 are eligible to apply to be a teen representative and Ohio 4-H alumni aged 21 to 30 are encouraged to apply for the young alumni position. Applications will be accepted through the end of the day on Sunday, Dec. 1.

2025 New 4-H Advisor Applications Are Now Available
If you are interested in becoming a Licking County 4-H advisor for 2025, you can find the application HERE. Completed applications are due to the Licking County Extension Office by January 1, 2025. Please note that all applicants must be at least 20 years of age as of 01/01/2025 – allowing for at least one year between enrollment as a member and stepping in to an Advisor role. Applications can also be emailed to Lisa McCutcheon at mccutcheon.46@osu.edu. If you are interested in starting a new club, please turn your advisor application in as soon as possible so we can get that process started as well.
2024 4-H Achievement Night
We are excited to recognize our members and advisors at the annual Licking County 4-H Achievement Night on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 6:30pm at C-TEC. We are thrilled to recognize individuals who fall into the list below. While we look forward to recognizing these youth and volunteers, please know that everyone is welcome to attend this event, even if you are not getting recognized.
