The Ohio 4-H Teen Leadership Council will host a second Achievement Form Workshop at the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center from 5:00 to 7:00pm on November 7, 2021. While this is after the forms are due for county selection, this is a great opportunity for those who want to know how to improve their forms in case they are selected to be sent on to the state level.
