The Senior Fair Board is in need of some volunteers willing to help with intake of entries for the Open Arts & Crafts categories. The arts and crafts entries have been moved and will now reside in the New Arts & Crafts building (the old Boys Dorm). Volunteers would help take in and organize entries as they are dropped of in the days leading up to fair. If you are interested in helping, you can reach out to Darl Evans at devans@lcounty.com.
Help is needed:
Thursday, August 5th: 5:00-9:00pm
Friday, August 6th: 9:00am-Noon
Saturday, August 7th: 8:00am-11:30am
Also, general help is needed a the fairgrounds the week before the fair and week after the fair. If you are able to help, please reach out to Holly at holly@hartfordfair.com.
