All 2018 Hartford Fair Entries are due to the Hartford Fair Office by Saturday, June 30th at 5:00 p.m.
A Few Reminders…
- All 4-H members must make a junior fair entry (livestock or still project entry) and have the project on the fairgrounds during the week of fair in order to receive their photo ID for the week of fair.
- If making entries for multiple departments, each department must have its own form.
- You will receive a entry verification form in the mail in July. Check the verification form for accuracy as soon as you receive it and inform the fair office of any mistakes as soon as possible.
- Fair photo ID photos will NOT be taken during fair entry days (June 29 & 30) so if you have not gotten your photo done and still need to, please make time to stop by the fair office Monday-Thursday this week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you wait until next week, there will be a $10 late fee to have photos taken.
The Hartford Fair King and Queen application is also due on June 30th. There was a mistake in the application that listed the due date as June 23rd, so if you would still like to turn in an application, you may still do so until June 30th.
