Hartford Fair Entries Due Soon!

Hartford Fair Entries are due to the Hartford Fair Office by Saturday, June 30th at 5:00 p.m. Entry forms can be found in the Official Hartford Fair Premium Book or on the Hartford Fair Website at: http://www.hartfordfair.com/forms.htm. Most of the junior fair entry forms on the website are fillable PDF documents so you can type directly into them and then print them off. Please make sure you only make entries for one department per form (ex. Mkt Beef 103, Poultry 113, etc.) Each department will require its own entry form.

Reminders:

  • All 4-H/FFA members must submit a fair entry and have a project (animal or still project) displayed on the grounds the week of fair in order to receive their Photo ID.
  • All new members/advisors as well all members/advisors with last names starting with N-Z must have their picture taken in order to receive their 2018 Photo ID. Members with last names A-M will have last year’s picture used for their 2018 ID.   • NO PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN DURING ENTRY DAYS (JUNE 29th & 30th) SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
