List members may be interested in this Call for Papers, for the conference ‘Digital Disruption in Asia: Methods and Issues’, to be convened at Leiden University, 23-25 May 2016.
More information on the conference theme and the deadlines is available via the conference website. If you wish to have your paper considered for presentation, please send your abstract (up to 400 words) with a brief (one page) CV by 15 February 2016 via the digital form on the website. All proposals will undergo peer review and notifications of acceptance will be sent out by 1 March 2016. Full draft papers are expected to be delivered by 1 May 2016 for circulation among presenters.
The best papers will be published in a special issue of the journal Asiacape: Digital Asia. Authors who are interested in contributing their work to the special issue, but are not able to join the conference itself, can contact the conference convenor and special issue editor Jacqueline Hicks (hicks@kitlv.nl) or the journal’s managing editor Florian Schneider (f.a.schneider@hum.leidenuniv.nl).
