Dear MCLC members:
I’m sending this note to look for a translator for the anthology of (En)gendering Women’s Art in Contemporary China, edited by Shuqin Cui and Lisa Claypool. Translation of Tao Yongbai’s (陶咏白) essay from Chinese to English is needed for the completion of our project. The essay, titled “中国女性艺术三十年 (1980-2010): 从女性的自觉走向女性的自由” in Chinese, presents a historical survey to the subject of women’s art in contemporary China. The essay contains eleven pages with lines in double space.
