A close friend is launching the first Climate Change Museum in the United States, to be situated in New York. She’s in advanced-preliminary stages of this launch (she has a Board, some funding, etc.; but not an actual launch yet). As I’m in China at the moment and will be here through the Spring semester, she’s planning a trip to Hong Kong (where there is a climate change museum), and to Shanghai and Hangzhou (where there is another). Does anyone on this list have good contacts in China — NOT for fundraising — who she should meet and/or talk to? This is a bit (a lot) outside of my field and yet I really want to assist. She’s scheduled to travel in mid-May.
