The Jackson Agricultural Research Station will be hosting their annual Beef and Forage Field night at the Jackson Research Station On August 22nd, 2024. The program will cost $15 and include the evening’s dinner. Social hour will begin at 5:00 pm, the meal will be served at 5:30 pm, and the night’s programing beginning at 6:00 pm.
This year, participants will rotate through four sessions including Minimizing Risk while Optimizing Profit with Stocker Cattle, Pinkeye Update: Management and Control, Conservation Practices for Manure Related Resources Concerns, and Beef Cattle Nutrition: An All-Year Plan. Beef Quality Assurance credits will also be available for participants.
