In April 2016, a group of UBWA members attended OUAB’s self defense class. Prior to this class, I had no experience in any sparing. Surprisingly, I had a very fun time getting closer with my fellow UBWAers, but also learning how to defend myself in a dangerous scenario. Please find some fun pictures from the event below:
