Following last year’s success with Women’s History Month, the multicultural center expanded the planning committee to a leadership cohort. In addition to planning the women’s month events for March, we also are developing ourselves and the larger community of OSU women personally and professionally through all year programming. Within the cohort, I am Co-Chair of personal and professional development for the cohort members. So far I have presented and facilitated workshops on Resumes and LinkedIn. Throughout the rest semester I look forward to programming for March as well as continuing to change and grow with the women in the cohort in order to hopefully inspire women at Ohio State.
