On Friday, October 2nd 2015, The Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club had it’s inaugural Networking Fair. The Networking Fair featured 15 different companies, including EY, Duff & Phelps, Accenture, and many more. As VP of Operations for the Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club, I was responsible for securing the venue, selecting the catering, and planning any day-of logistics. For the first year, we experienced many successes. Many of our student attendees praised the event as a laid back opportunity to get your foot in the door.
I learned so much about communication and working with other through this event. I am so proud to be a part of a student organization that make such great things happen. I look forward to aiding in improve the event for next year. I hope that one day I will return to this fair as a company representative. I will be delighted in looking back at a legacy that I helped to start at the Ohio State University.
