Jupmode duos as a screen printing retail and a custom screen printing business out of Toledo, OH. The Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club staffed me as project lead in addition to 4 staff consultants to delve into strategic planning. Our primary goal with Jupmode was to develop a concrete recruitment and retention strategy and to pin point potential avenues for expansion.
My team included Meredith Rintoul, Nate Ip, Robert Strauss, and Eleanor Schriner. Without the amazing work of my team we would not have been able to compile such a great deliverable for our client. This project occurred concurrently with the Dean’s Leadership Academy course. I was able to apply many of the concepts that I learned in that class to not only lead in a better manner, but more importantly to be a better team member. At the end of the semester the team and I traveled to Toledo, OH to present our final deliverable to the client.
