Calling all Greene County 4-H Residential and Cloverbud Camp Counselors!

Counselor Skill- Stations will be held on Thursday, November 21 starting at 5:00 PM in the Dining Hall.
New this year we are looking for Cloverbud Day Camp Counselors. We are looking for youth that will be 14 years as of June 1, 2025.
2025 Camp Dates are:
Residential Camp – Sunday, June 1 – Thursday, June 5
Cloverbud Day Camp – Monday, June 2
Join us for the Greene County Cattlemen’s Association meeting (updates and voting), followed by Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certification/recertification (it fulfills 4-H quality assurance requirements).
The goal of Beef Quality Assurance is to assure consumers that all cattle shipped from a beef production unit are healthy, wholesome, and safe; their management has met FDA, USDA; and EPA standards; they meet quality requirements throughout the production system; and are produced using animal well-being, worker safety, and environmentally-sound production practices.

What it is: A national summit designed to explore the best 4-H has to offer in Agriscience, Healthy Living, and STEM.
Ohio 4-H Teens (13 to 18 years old) interested in the above projects are eligible. Roughly 15 delegates will be selected to attend this summit, conducted in Washington DC, March 12-16, 2025. Successful applicants will have their fees covered!

Calling all 4-H Clubs and Committees!
The 4-H Advisory Committee is seeking donations of candy or cash for the upcoming Trunk or Treat. The Advisory Committee will distribute 4-H Information (and candy) at the upcoming Fair Grounds Recreation Center Trunk or Treat on October 30 from
5-6:30pm.
Clubs & Committees can drop off their donation of candy or cash (to purchase candy) to the Extension Office during normal business hours. You can also connect with members of the Advisory Committee for your contribution.
