Central State University Extension will be hosting the Hemp Growing and Processing Trade Show on March 12 from 2-7 p.m. at CSU-Xenia, 334 Progress Dr., Xenia, OH. The trade show is intended for individuals and businesses who are seeking a processing license in Ohio to meet with potential growers to discuss what they do, how they turn hemp products into marketable goods, and why connecting with them is an important business strategy. Growers are encouraged to attend and talk with processors BEFORE planning their crop.
If you are planning to become a processor, please contact Heather Williams (hwilliams@centralstate.edu) by March 1 for an application for a free space at the trade show. Those with other hemp products such as equipment or seed will be able to display as space permits.
If you are considering growing hemp and want to attend, please send an email to Heather Williams (hwilliams@centralstate.edu). More information about the trade show is in the attached flyer.
