Deer Processing Workshop

OSU Extension Madison County and the Division of Wildlife are hosting a deer processing workshop on Thursday, October 18th in the Della Selsor Building at the Madison County Fairgrounds.

The program starts at 5:00 with a venison chili dinner including cornbread, hot apple cider and dessert, followed by a field dressing and processing demonstration at 6:00. The event is free including dinner, but registration is required so that we know how many people to prepare for.
