We are able to serve these campers through engaging outdoor education lessons, a great sense of community, and respect for all. Our staff is able to foster many positive peer relations amongst campers. This is only possible with a great staff who focuses on encouraging, supporting, and mentoring campers throughout every week of the summer.

We are currently looking to hire around 16 new positions here at Camp Whitewood. These positions consist of the following:

  • Assistant Program Director
  • Day Camp Coordinator
  • Day Camp Staff
  • Wilderness Coordinator

  • Shooting Sports Specialist
  • Boating Specialist
  • Lifeguards
  • Arts and Crafts Specialist
  • Outdoor Education Specialist
  • Cabin Counselors

A potential candidate possesses the ability to plan and implement a variety of outdoor lessons while maintaining flexibility, time management skills, and a positive, high energy attitude throughout each and every day. In addition, the candidate has great people skills and is able to uphold relationships with coworkers in order to create an enriching and safe environment for campers, families and other staff. Candidates must be 18 years of age.

Please follow the link for a more in depth look at each job description and apply to join us for an exciting summer at Camp Whitewood.

Happy Camping,
