This program is a collaboration between the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and the various colleges of the university in which postdoctoral research and scholarship takes place. The goal is to facilitate interactions between the participating faculty and PhD students from underrepresented groups who are interested in postdoctoral training opportunities. The program also aims to aid the faculty who elect to bring a candidate for a campus interview with a contribution towards the cost of travel expenses.
Note: This is not a program to fund postdoctoral positions, but rather assist with recruitment efforts.
