All 4-H & FFA market exhibitors are required to turn in completed thank you notes. These need to be turned into the fair office.
Please note that these thank you notes must be turned in prior to youth receiving their checks. They should be in an envelope that is addressed and stamped.
The following are the turn-in dates and times:
- Monday, August 13 from 5-7 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 21 from 5-7 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 29 from 5-7 p.m.
If you are unable to turn them in during these times, they must be turned in to the fair office during regular business hours of 8:30-12:30 p.m.
A lot of respect can be earned or lost by our ability to say thanks. Thank you notes help our sponsors/buyers realize that the award sponsorship really means something to you. It helps make them more interested in sponsoring next year. For help in writing that thank you note or letter click here.
