We will continue to use an Online Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF). This form will need to be completed by Friday, July 28, 2023 at noon if you already have your animals tagged. As a reminder, this form is REQUIRED for each MARKET/LACTATING animal. In addition, Greene County Fair requires a few other species to complete it. If your animal will be tagged when they arrive at fair (hogs and poultry), please complete this after you receive your tag numbers and prior to weigh-in for your animal.

•Large Market Beef (steer/heifer)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag
•Veal Calf (not a feeder)
•Dairy Steer- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag
•Lactating Dairy Cattle (cow not a heifer)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag or farm tag number if they don’t have the EID tag
Swine
•Market Hog (barrow/gilt)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag after tag in on Friday
Goat
•Dairy Market (wether/doe)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag
•Meat Market (wether/doe)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag
•Lactating Dairy Goats (even if currently dry)- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag or farm tag number if they don’t have the EID tag
Poultry
•Market Chicken pen- put tag number after tag in on Saturday
•Each Market Turkey- put tag number after tag in on Saturday
•Each Market Duck- put tag number after tag in on Saturday
Sheep
•Market Lamb- put ENTIRE EID 840 tag
Rabbit
•Meat pen- put tattoo
