Horse Registration FormMembers registered for a horse project will need to complete the Horse Registration form, found at the link below. This will replace the Horse ID form from previous years. Exhibitors are required to upload a picture of their horse on this form and can register up to three horse projects. This includes a horse, pony and/or a yearling/driving horse. Forms must be submitted by 11:59 pm on May 8th.

Horse Lease Agreement
Members planning to lease their project horse will need to complete a lease agreement and turn it in to their club advisor by Saturday, May 8. You can find the horse lease guidelines below.
Horse Safety & Ethics Training
All first and second year horse project members are required to complete the Horse Safety & Ethics training. This training will be held on Saturday, May 8 at 9:00 a.m. in the 4-H Hall. Members who do not attend training will not be eligible to exhibit at the Clermont County Fair. Please visit the link below to register.
