The Ohio 4-H Achievement Record is the gateway to state and national 4-H opportunities, trips, and experiences! The Ohio 4-H Achievement Record is a comprehensive record of a 4-H member’s career, accomplishments, and achievements. It is a great way to capture all the experiences they have had in 4-H, practice for filling out future job or college applications, and get a head start on applying for scholarships.
There are 27 project area categories in which to apply, such as individual animal projects, citizenship, community service, clothing, creative arts, woodworking, shooting sports, leadership, and more! 4-H members can submit multiple achievement records in different categories based on their 4-H involvement. State winners in each category win a trip to events such as National 4-H Congress, National Dairy Conference and the Shooting Sports Teen Leadership Institute. These events encourage members to expand their skills, engage with other 4-H members, and inspire them to make an impact in their communities!
Applications are due to the Extension Office by noon on Friday, February 2.
