This year, all youth planning to exhibit at the 2019 Clermont County Fair are required to register their livestock projects in-person. This process will replace the club packets that were sent to head advisors, in previous years. The goal is to help ensure exhibitors are registered for the correct classes.
Exhibitor Only Project Registration
The following species DO NOT come to the fairgrounds to register. The exhibitor will need to have available the scrapie tag/tattoo, date of birth, sex of animal and whether it is dry or in-milk to register each animal in-person on one of the dates listed below.

This in-person registration does not replace 4-H enrollment. It is very important to make sure that youth are enrolled in 4HOnline for the appropriate projects to be eligible to exhibit at Clermont County Fair. The 4-H enrollment deadline is March 15.
