You can bring a wide range of residential waste (sorry, no commercial or municipal stuff) to the April 26 Scarlet, Gray and Green Fair and drop it off for free recycling. AND, if you’re one of the first 200 people to do it, you’ll get a $3 coupon to spend on food at the fair.
The list of what you can drop off includes sensitive documents for shredding (two-box limit per person); fluorescent tubes and CFLs; paint (latex- and water-based); bicycles; electronic equipment (but no TVs); ink and toner cartridges; software and original CDs and DVDs; and unused or expired prescription drugs (see the fair’s recycling website for the complete list of what you can and can’t drop off).
