The Youth Welding Workshop provides a unique opportunity for youth ages 10-18 to develop arc welding (stick or SMAW) skills or oxyacetylene welding and cutting skills. With one-on-one assistance, students begin at their own level and progress in their skills throughout the day. All participants attend a safety session and then spend the rest of the day in the welding lab. This workshop is open to any youth and provides an excellent interactive opportunity for those completing the 4-H Arcs & Sparks project.
